The recipient of International School Award and Shiksha Ratna Award 2019 our new Principal Mr. J.K. Agrawal became the part of Dayanand Paradise family on 2nd July, 2019. He was born and brought up in Jaipur, the capital city of the Indian state of Rajasthan.
It’s been close to two decades since he has not only been teaching but also leading many renowned public schools of Jaipur city at various positions. As an academic leader his profound exposure to the CBSE curriculum has empowered him with diverse and innovative approaches towards teaching and learning processes. He has led a wonderful team of teachers of English as Head of the Department for years at Mahaveer Public School, Jaipur.
His expertise has been in curriculum framing, grooming teachers, enhancing spoken English and personality development of his students. He is an exceptional debater, orator and trainer. Mr. Agrawal has collaborated with many schools at international level say South Korea, Kazakhstan, New York, New Jersey etc as part of cultural exchange programmes for his students.
He received letters of appreciation for excellent results of his students in class XII CBSE Board Examinations from Mrs Smriti Zubin Irani, the then Hon’ble Minister of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India, New Delhi. His simple philosophy for the holistic growth of the children is involvement as he believes, “The more we remain engaged with our learners, the better will be teaching learning and it will happen both sides.”
